Our services, including credit packages and subscriptions, are generally non-refundable. We encourage users to make use of our free tier and the 50 free weekly credits to evaluate the service before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
A refund may be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If you have been charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part.
- Service Non-Delivery: If you have paid for a service (e.g., a credit package) and it was not delivered to your account within 24 hours.
- Critical Service Failure: In the event of a major, prolonged service outage that prevents you from using the core functionalities of the platform.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the generated questions, failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date, or for any unused credits remaining in your account.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our support team at support@classconnect.in within 7 days of the transaction date. Please include the following information in your request:
- Your registered email address.
- The date and amount of the transaction.
- A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of our decision within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. The exact time frame may vary depending on your card issuer or bank's policies.
